After 24 years in the military, Steve made it a priority to grasp what he wanted to do after his leave. He began to plan early, which he says was key to his success, and once he understood what he needed to do he was able to strategically move forward. 

He began as an apprentice, but it wasn’t long till he climbed up all the way to the Operations Manager title.
